Terms of service

These terms cover what Fact6 provides, what you agree to when you use it, and how we work together if something goes wrong. Written plainly, meant to be read once.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and for the security of your account credentials. Each account is tied to a person - shared accounts are not supported.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fact6 to:

  • Take actions on systems or data you are not authorized to touch.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or perform harassment.
  • Attempt to bypass approval rules, log tampering, or scope enforcement.
  • Reverse-engineer the runtime or scrape the product surface.
  • Break any law that applies to the actions you configure an agent to take.

Agents you build

You are responsible for the tasks you describe, the rules you set, and the tool scopes you grant. Fact6 provides the runtime that enforces those rules and records the actions taken. You retain ownership of the configurations you author.

Connected tools

When you connect a tool, you grant Fact6 the specific scopes required for the agent's declared actions. You can revoke a connection at any time. Fact6 does not access scopes it did not request from you.

Billing and plans

Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and agents beyond the downgraded limit will be paused rather than deleted.

Refunds are handled per the refund policy linked from the footer.

Availability

Fact6 aims for high availability but does not commit to an uptime SLA on Starter plans. Growth and Scale plans include specific response expectations. Planned maintenance is announced inside the product in advance.

Intellectual property

Fact6 retains all rights to the product, its runtime, its interface, and its documentation. You retain all rights to the task descriptions, rules, and content you provide. Nothing in these terms grants either party rights to the other's underlying intellectual property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

Either side may terminate on written notice. On termination, the product surface is closed to new activity, agents are paused, and data is deleted according to the retention timelines described in the privacy policy.
